You must put one of the connectors between two of your glyphs (e.g.: writing "U" "connector" "S"): You can decide to connect with it the upper side of the two glyphs or the bottom side, or add some serifs... The possibilities are a million! The upper and bottom connectors are in these glyphs: (, ), [, ], {, }, <, >, /, \... (Try all, please).
