The font can work by itself or curious effects can be achieved. The 3D aspect becomes real by adding one or two gray bands to our text as the samples show. Some alternatives (A, a, E, Y) are at the end of the Basic Latin set.
It's silly (but I couldn't get it out of my head): This is the font inside zignbox. Absolute negative space use. Unicase with alternates, of course. But it works well!.
This is a clone of zignbox eYe/FSI've already gotten into another mess. Again a "2-in-1" font. It may work as is, but if you want to convert it to a script one you have to use some connectors between the letters, placed in the glyphs <, >, \, [, ], {, }. You must try each of them between two characters because there are many possible combinations. I add some samples down here. Don't worry and be patient, please, the result is worth it. Oh well, the actual "</>" glyphs are finally in the "©/™". To see all working, copy and paste the following sentence in the User Input window, please: Th>e q>u>i>c}k b[r{o[w[n f>o[x j{u]m]p\s o[v{e[r t]h>e l>a{zy d>o{g.
This is a cloneThen I thought "How about adding a shadow? Just a little shadow for zarzaparrilla..." Hmmm, well, it was a bit more complicated than it may seem at first... But finally here it is! Ta-da-daaa! (-Phew-). Inspired on a few glyphs from "Pionner" (1969) by Francisco Gonzales.
This is a clone of zarzaparrilla eYe/FSUnicase with alternates. I've used Astronef Super (by excellent typographer JF Porchez) and others like Neil Bold (by the inspirer Wayne Stettler) as a starting reference, but I've redesigned the general aspect of all the glyphs and added a lot of new details, which makes this font quite different and special. I like to review and get a personal second look at some already released fonts, and I like to do this in FS. Thanks again for support me and understand that.
Alternatives for some glyphs (trying to disconnect a bit the sides and baselines) are in the lowercase zone. Plus: other "1" at the "t", the 3rd "U" (and their accents) at the "v", "ò", "ó", "ô" and "ö", respectively. Enjoy it, please.
Recreation of the fantastic font Startime, from the compilation "Circus Alphabets" (1989) by the great Dan X. Solo. I've modified some glyphs (C, G, J, K, V, W, X, &, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, ?, !, *, (, ), $, €, £, ¥, etc...) and added a lot of them, including accents and other diacritics. Some alternates were also included in the lowercase area. A personal hommage to a font from my youth, which I felt encouraged to finish after admiring the magistral and excellent work of Frodo7 Abruzzo DS.
