Biochip 3x8 is a quirky brutalist lo-fi pixel font revival of the type used in the 1986 ZX Spectrum game Rogue Trooper by Piranha, based on the 2000AD comic strip created in 1981 by writer Gerry Finley-Day and artist Dave Gibbons. 

Biochip 3x8 was first used as a heading font and published alongside Zhu Industries solo print and play roleplaying board game Zone Trooper.
