I see you've decided to take the easy way - drawing with your mouse in the FontStructor.
What I did with my handwriting is that I scanned my school biology notebook at 300 dpi, which got me ~50px height for every glyph. Then I chose the best looking glyph for each character and reproduced it in FS. What a tedious and exhausting job... But well worth it.
