This is !Conglomerate, with filters set to 2. This took a TON of editing to make it work, and I still need to fix the latin characters. What do you think?

My very first sample. :)

Good improvement and sample image. In small sizes the 'a' may be confused with 'e', maybe add a small inwards curve to the bottom?
Comment by V. Sarela (Yautja) 3rd september 2012
I changed the e slightly, but I think it looks much easier to read. What do you think?

Does anyone know how to lower the letter height? It seems like the spacing is too high to me.
Comment by Echo (Rahi-Tak) 4th september 2012
As far as I know the spacing (between lines) is dictated by the distance between the highest and lowest points. In your font the highest point is the top of the parentheses (brackets) and the lowest is the bottom of the descenders of the 'g' and 'y'.

It's very difficult to make much difference when working at such a small scale (expecially using 2:2 filters), but here are a few suggestions ...

Looks good. Some ideas for a:

Thanks for the feedback, p2pnut and Yautja! Because of p2p's suggestion, I changed the entire lowercase to 5 blocks tall instead of 4, to allow the lowercase g to retain its awesome tail thing. x3

I changed the a to, I think, exactly what Yautja suggested (#3)

Please, please, does anyone have suggestions for the question mark? I REALLY hate it. xD

Fixed a quotation mark error, then messed around with the question mark more. How does this look?

Does ANYONE have a suggestion for it?
Comment by Echo (Rahi-Tak) 6th september 2012
I think the question mark is fine. It would be nice to have the bottom loop be smaller than the top loop, but with your selection of shapes, I don't think that would be possible.

The small z looks like it should be rotated 180 degrees. Maybe that's just me, though.

How's this?
Comment by V. Sarela (Yautja) 6th september 2012
Thanks for those suggestions, I did both of them.

I think I'm done working on this font for a while; there's some major projects I need to be working on that take precedence over finishing this font.
