An experimental design using 1/8 weight lines alongside 1/16 ones. The 1/8 lines are the smallest that can be accurately nudged. Centering them is still a problem at times, and I need a few impossible composites to perfect the glyphs ABEFHKQRXYijkx34789, but overall I'm quite fond of how this doodle turned out.

It looks better with much more space between the letters IMHO.
That does create a novel look, to be sure.
I set the width of No-Break Space to be half that of the regular space, so you can easily achieve greater, but still small, increments of spacing when typesetting this. Just insert the nbsp between letters. Not practical for using this as e.g., a chatfont, but possible nonetheless.
