It's a all-caps Art-Deco display font.

Getting everything in proportion (diagonals, contrast and horizontal white space) proved to be a struggle working within such a confined grid space and without the luxury of any filters. Neither did the vertical stroke weight and short cap-height allow to include overshoots. But the final result doesn't look all that bad I guess..

I did the tedious job of reconstructing all characters that have a counter or some other form of tight negative white space. This in a effort to make the individual characters slightly more recognizable by opening up the negative spaces a tad.
