This is an experimental typeface following the general theme of detachment. Abduco was inspired by a one-day modular type workshop which I later adapted into a full set of characters. The use of the terminals is some of the letters was in an attempt to keep the lines from not being doubled up with a thick width. The end result is a simple san serif. This%20san%20serif%20is%20a%20typeface%20using%20geometric%2C%20and%20digital%20inspiration.%20The%20use%20of%20the%20terminals%20is%20some%20of%20the%20letters%20was%20in%20an%20attempt%20to%20keep%20the%20lines%20from%20not%20being%20doubled%20up%20with%20a%20thick%20width.%20The%20end%20result%20is%20a%20simple%20san%20serif.%20

My chosen theme is 'Energy' I took this further by looking into energy drinks and their existing products' labels at the moment. I was inspired by the effective look of bubbles so based my typeface on this. Every letter's bubbles are different which makes it a unique font. This typeface would be best suited promoting events, products and maybe awareness advertising that are linked with fizziness, water or drinks etc.I%20created%20this%20typeface%20when%20set%20a%20typography%20task%20on%20my%20Graphic%20Design%20project%20at%20UWE.%20My%20chosen%20theme%20is%20%27Energy%27%20I%20took%20this%20further%20by%20looking%20into%20energy%20drinks%20and%20their%20existing%20products%27%20labels%20at%20the%20moment.%20I%20was%20inspired%20by%20the%20effective%20look%20of%20bubbles%20so%20based%20my%20typeface%20on%20this.%20Every%20letter%27s%20bubbles%20are%20different%20which%20makes%20it%20a%20unique%20font.%20This%20typeface%20would%20be%20best%20suited%20promoting%20events%2C%20products%20and%20maybe%20awareness%20advertising%20%20that%20are%20linked%20with%20fizziness%2C%20water%20or%20drinks%20etc.

Each letter sequentially overlaps the other to create a thicker weight. However, in doing so every other letter would not overlap with the other, ie A with C, C with E, so on. So the other set was created by manipulating the first set, allowing any letter form to overlap with each other by switching between either capital or lower case.A%20set%20of%20two%20capitals%20created%20using%20only%20one%20compound%20of%20object%20on%20a%20larger%20bit%20depth.%20Each%20letter%20sequentially%20overlaps%20the%20other%20to%20create%20a%20thicker%20weight.%20However%2C%20in%20doing%20so%20every%20other%20letter%20would%20not%20overlap%20with%20the%20other%2C%20ie%20A%20with%20C%2C%20C%20with%20E%2C%20so%20on.%20So%20the%20other%20set%20was%20created%20by%20manipulating%20the%20first%20set%2C%20allowing%20any%20letter%20form%20to%20overlap%20with%20each%20other%20by%20switching%20between%20either%20capital%20or%20lower%20case.
