Last edit: 22.11.201312%20downloads1223%20comments2328%20glyphs28A%20favorite%20of%2012%20users12I%20started%20off%20looking%20at%20the%20word%20%27curves%27%20and%20after%20generally%20looking%20at%20spirals%20and%20curved%20objects%20I%20decided%20to%20make%20the%20letters%20themselves%20curve.%20I%20cut%20the%20letter%20%27A%27%20out%20of%20black%20cardboard%20and%20placed%20it%20in%20a%20glass%20of%20water%2C%20and%20then%20photographed%20it%20at%20many%20different%20angles%20and%20positions.%20I%20really%20liked%20the%20distorted%20effect%20the%20water%20had%20on%20the%20letters%2C%20and%20so%20after%20changing%20the%20theme%20to%20%27reflection%27%20I%20carried%20on%20this%20technique%20with%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20alphabet.%20%27Pane%20in%20my%20glass%27%20is%20made%20up%20of%20my%20favourite%20shapes%20that%20came%20out%20of%20this%20experimentation.%20%0D%0A%0D%0A

Last edit: 03.11.201013%20downloads1333%20glyphs33I%20was%20inspired%20to%20design%20this%20typeface%20by%20the%20architecture%20of%20Bristol%20city%20centre.%20I%20was%20most%20interested%20in%20all%20the%20different%20kinds%20of%20windows%20I%20saw%20around%2C%20and%20the%20many%20shapes%20there%20were%20from%20decorative%20and%20detailed%20to%20modern%20and%20simple.%20I%20collected%20lots%20of%20photos%20of%20the%20best%20windows%20to%20work%20with%2C%20and%20developed%20these%20into%20letter%20forms.%20I%20then%20edited%20them%20until%20they%20worked%20as%20a%20consistent%20typeface.%20I%20think%20Windowstruct%20would%20work%20well%20for%20logos%20or%20posters%2C%20as%20it%20looks%20best%20as%20single%20words%20or%20in%20a%20large%20size.
