Some characters , like the numbers were created by me. Other characters were assigned for sounds associated with what are called dipthongs as well as the more common double letters. The source for these characters are images mostly from the Doctor Who episode "The Five Doctors" and the later Doctor Who episode "The Time of Angels." The overall effect is quite good. Use lower case letters generally, use upper case letters A to P for the dipthongs and double letters.
