The system really relies on color for differentiation so if you want to use them seriously, you'll need to head over to Google or Wikipedia and look up the proper colors. Then colorize them with the software of your choice. Also note the numbers should be pennant shaped, but that proved to be very difficult with Fontstruct. So I improvised. I've included a key in the lower case.
