The main alphabet, numbers, and some of the punctuation (the period, the apostrophe, and the T-shaped ampersand) are accurate to the original dot-matrix displays. However, much of the punctuation had to be improvised (there is no evidence of a question mark or comma being used on these scoreboards), as are the accented characters.Here%27s%20a%20throwback%20and%20a%20tribute%20to%20the%20old%20scoreboards%20of%20Dodger%20Stadium%20and%20the%20Astrodome.%0D%0A%0D%0AThe%20main%20alphabet%2C%20numbers%2C%20and%20some%20of%20the%20punctuation%20%28the%20period%2C%20the%20apostrophe%2C%20and%20the%20T-shaped%20ampersand%29%20are%20accurate%20to%20the%20original%20dot-matrix%20displays.%20%20However%2C%20much%20of%20the%20punctuation%20had%20to%20be%20improvised%20%28there%20is%20no%20evidence%20of%20a%20question%20mark%20or%20comma%20being%20used%20on%20these%20scoreboards%29%2C%20as%20are%20the%20accented%20characters.
