A word can be 1 or more squares, but dependent morphemes can also be one or more squares. It's pretty simple; the pattern of lines coming out of the shapes repeats itself twice, and the alphabet is divided into circles for the first half and squares for the second half. The space character used to consist of a double-sided arrow with a vertical line (sort of like this ) but I took that out.I%20invented%20this%20alphabet%20in%20high%20school%20so%20I%20could%20write%20secret%20messages%20to%20myself%20and%20my%20friends%20without%20anyone%20else%20being%20able%20to%20read%20it.%20It%27s%20pretty%20simple%3B%20the%20pattern%20of%20lines%20coming%20out%20of%20the%20shapes%20repeats%20itself%20twice%2C%20and%20the%20alphabet%20is%20divided%20into%20circles%20for%20the%20first%20half%20and%20squares%20for%20the%20second%20half.%20The%20space%20character%20used%20to%20consist%20of%20a%20double-sided%20arrow%20with%20a%20vertical%20line%20%28sort%20of%20like%20this%20%3C%2B%3E%29%20but%20I%20took%20that%20out.
