At first, it might seem like a regular typeface, but when you look at the angles, they are sharp, and when you look at the curves, they are vertical. As a matter a fact, this font uses 2x vertical filtering to achieve these effects. It was very hard to make this font, and I think it looks beautiful.inspired%20by%20an%20airport%20exit%20sign%2C%20this%20font%20is%20more%20than%20what%20it%20seems%20on%20the%20surface.%20%20At%20first%2C%20it%20might%20seem%20like%20a%20regular%20typeface%2C%20but%20when%20you%20look%20at%20the%20angles%2C%20they%20are%20sharp%2C%20and%20when%20you%20look%20at%20the%20curves%2C%20they%20are%20vertical.%20%20As%20a%20matter%20a%20fact%2C%20this%20font%20uses%202x%20vertical%20filtering%20to%20achieve%20these%20effects.%20%20It%20was%20very%20hard%20to%20make%20this%20font%2C%20and%20I%20think%20it%20looks%20beautiful.

Inspired by the baggage claim LED scrolling message system at the Oakland Airport. Yes, I "cheated" on the Latin accents, but it was a nice challenge in getting them to work in the small space. Looks deceptively simple, but tricky to get to preview properly.
