This started as an Amerika-inspired font but quickly morphed into something more like the Radish font from NemoOrange. The name is an homage to Judge Dredd.

This is a stylized version of the Pixel8 font which gives a scanline appearance in smaller font sizes (8-12pt work best in my testing).

I was trying to make a script-like font with this one. The lowercase letters are the ones I like the best.
