Same with vowels, except it is vowel to next vowel. I made it so that it can be spoken most of the time, except for things like, FontStruct, which is Gupvtvsydv. This%20is%20a%20modified%20Caesars%20shift%2C%20instead%20of%20shifting%20all%20letters%20one%20letter%20down%20it%20shifts%20a%20consonant%20to%20the%20next%20consonant%20in%20the%20alphabet.%20Same%20with%20vowels%2C%20except%20it%20is%20vowel%20to%20next%20vowel.%20I%20made%20it%20so%20that%20it%20can%20be%20spoken%20most%20of%20the%20time%2C%20except%20for%20things%20like%2C%20FontStruct%2C%20which%20is%20Gupvtvsydv.%20
