The evil older brother of Ferno. Unleashed from his cage where he has been held captive for two years. wait. It says created 10.29.08. It's been about three years. Yep. He's angry about that. Long overdue for a Halloween rampage. This is a FontStruct 1.0 creation. Original stacks were created with Will's brick stacking glitch before Meek permanently made it an advanced feature. I was going to update it with new curvy bricks, but I'm afraid to touch it. It's wicked sharp.

Interblok Cylindrome

Synchronous with thalamic's FS Twist, but inspired by the earlier works of minimum, like fs Mingle Co and fs Blit Hack. Interblok Stroke has a centerline gradient glow. Interblok Cylindrome has a 3D gradient shade to add dimension to it. Last edits on both fontstructions before release was 12.07.09.

Periculum. Rooted in the latin word for 'Dangerous.' This was an experiment in using FontStruct without filters. It reminded me of why I use filters 90% of the time. There aren't as many solutions possible. Periculum died after a bad copy and paste malfunction. The resurrection process was like walking on eggshells, but here it is. Lowercase was rushed a bit just to get it out there for Aphoria. The smoothness comes with the combination of preview scaling and anti-aliasing. It has to be scaled at just the right size to look convincing for on-screen purposes. This makes it more ideal for non-print related usage.

Digitally hand-scribbled over a hand-drawn typeface. Do not try this with your regular font making software. Blank scribbles on the spacebar. Lowercase has tighter spacing on characters A, F, L, T, V, W, Y, etc. Terminal zaps on the parentheses. Center-faded scribbles on the brackets. Square-faded scribbles on the braces.

It's the official release day for the highly anticipated Halo:Reach video game on the XBox360! A great excuse to build a Halo related fontstruction. This one was inspired by two Halo 3 multi-player game maps featuring Spartan related technology: Citadel and Guardian. The patterned techno-motif textures on the architecture in these maps are impressively adorned everywhere. It's hard not to be inspired. The design just came about after messing around with some shapes yesterday. The alternates in the lowercase are actually the first iteration of the design, updates are in the uppercase. Dedicated to my son who introduced me to the amazing Halo universe and encourages my love-hate relationship with the XBox360. He kills me. It's what he does. Arc Brick 1:1 Sample Font

This font shows an example of the letterforms created with the new Arc brick with the default 1:1 filter settings. The design decisions become limited by the inability for the arcs to connect to form the letter S in particular. The upper and lower S's here show some options to work within the limitation. WIP. Upper and lowercase for now. The proper connections can only be created with the advanced filter settings set to 2:2 for both the horizontal and vertical axes. The Arc Brick 2:2 Sample Font shows more options in brick placement that alleviate some of the limitations found in the 1:1 filter space. Please clone and check it out for details. Exactly one year ago two of my cousins, Chris and Cleofe, got into a dealer-loaned Lexus for a trip after their main car was being repaired. Cleofe's husband, a CHP officer, was driving and their teen daughter was along for the ride. While on the freeway, the accelerator became stuck and they lost control of the car. As the runaway vehicle sped up to over 100 mph, all four passengers were killed in a fiery crash in the San Diego River. The loss was unquantifiably devastating. This immensely tragic event led my aunt to testify before congress with damning evidence that would initiate the recall of millions of Toyota vehicles. Requiemme Decorum was created on the way down to southern California for the funeral services. For Chris, Cleofe, Mark, and Mahala, may you all rest in peace and love.
