Dedicated to Mr. Frodo7, and his Cyrillic 02, because of the many unconscious similarities :)

Combis (or Micros) are really small vans used as local Transport in Lima, my hometown.
They have a wide range of scripts that are manually painted to the sides to indicate the main streets or avenues the route includes.
Styles vary from combi to combi, even in the same company, as I believe they hire different letterers for the job.
I'm working on a little project to make some of them into a font set called Combi Stylus & I created a flickr set to show my inspiration sources.

This one is my FontStruct version for the set & it needs a lot of kerning, but well...

I thought I might also need a unicase version, so I sacrified all ascending and descending glyphs to get this result.
I made up my unicase μ so it wouldn´t be just another M.

This my recreation of my own handwriting fontstructed with a vertical line/stripe pattern (I know it's bad calligraphy, but don't tell Claude Dieterich I did it, please).
I used a fountain pen 1.1mm stroke to get my samples written down in order to have a basis.
My UC leans slightly to the left and my lc to the right; must be the graffiti influence from way back in the day. No wonder I only type nowadays...

I though about this concept while designing the superscript numbers of FS Remix.
It is basically the same grid filter with one brick narrower and one shorter.

Clone of FS Mini which started as an alternative with UC & filter set at 2 to gain half brick positions. I changed the filter to 1.78 after not being satisfied with it & got amazed by the possibilities. Even when I came to some brick limitations I found myself redesigning some glyphs to abuse ~~them~~ of these new found possibilities & maintain a certain harmony within the whole set.

Clone of logo.
Jenjes232's fontstruct (logo) got me interested on all the variations of the FS logo fontstruction.
After checking many of the available versions (specially Pauldhunt's Structurosa) I thought it would be fun to clone Meek's logo and update it with the bricks available now (logo is numbered 96 & this clone is 218867, Structurosa is 7294).
I originally liked Meek's x but ended up just using it as the asterisk and the c and s got slimmed down to match the actual FS logo design.
g and y came from Structurosa, which also influenced the e, x and k. And from Jenjes232's FSion I took the v.
The rest just popped out while figuring out the possibilities.

I liked the process so much that while making the superscript numbers I thought of making FS Mini, a smaller variation.

A Blackletter Square Bastard Font with no pencil stroke but a modern pixel/brick in mind.
Something dug up from the archives of my first attempts at non pixel FostStructions. I figured it should see the light as I noticed Cmunk's Simple Fraktur, which has better classical approach.
I will probably give it more work now, like better uc details and some proper letterspacing, since this was created before the letter width tool got implemented.

Definitely a work in progress, so all feedback is welcome.

A mutated Eurostile/Microgramma x-Height Caps Clone.
This one has been deep underground in my hidden fontstruct stash for a while, but I thought it should see the light before I start another one.
Named after the peruvian currency since I have finished it while on Fiestas Patrias' Holidays.

This one likes steel machines that run on boiling water, because my girl is a steam punk rocker!!!
I took some liberties with the serifs: they might not be where they are intended to be or missing where they should be. And, although the lc has ascenders and descenders, the uc is set at x-height.

A bold & funky font with inside lines.
Based on a 1.78 filter so the rounded corner squares would fit with the quarter circles. Diagonals end up narrowing the inside lines, so I tried to used them as less as possible.
Accents designed in case they are absolutely necessary; suggestions are welcome on how to improve them.

17.08.09 Modified j and added an alternative j instead of ® and also a special dj ligature instead of ©. Question marks redesigned.

Very similar to Woznian, but not cloned, so the results are different (specially while trying to fit everything in monospace).

A big, fat, funky font to use only at huge sizes!
I had the original concept for this one a while ago, but was not satisfied with the dots on the i and j, so I tweaked the filters a bit to set them at the same height as the ascends.
I recommend using it at really big sizes so it won't lose detail, since letter spacing is so narrow to balance the dot distance.
Only ~~Spanish Glyphs~~ LC so far, plus some basic punctuation.
21.07.09 redesigned all numbers plus e,f,s,z,$ and added ﬁ, ﬂ and & (sounds redundant, huh?^_^)
23.07.09 expanded it some more...

A sans serif computer related font inspired by bitmap fonts like Chicago and Charcoal, but it evolved with some of Fontstruct's "Design Limits" in mind:
I left the lower right corner slab of the N to add some rhythm to the "uncrossing" X's slabs (also present in the K), which to my perspective balances the V's impossibility of a straight angle from top to bottom.
I also used a 2x2 grid filter, that I've learned from williaum's a ll e g o r i c a, just to correct some punctuation issues and to make a narrower c. djnippa's Brick Stacker Tutorial also came in handy, THX2uBoth!

My favorite feature: the crossbar in Z,z and 7.

This is my humble tribute to the Woz.
