This one-eyed character set places one circle-serif to start or end strokes somewhere on each glyph (except "O") in the set...hence it's name. Angled serifs acting as hands or feeet (or tails?) are used elsewhere. This is derived from the base font (lc) I used for previous efforts. I made it tall and then thought Cyclops (for SerifComp) to use now since I never released it (full disclosure). Anyway, a different view of what serif can be :)
This is a clonethe study of crop (or cropt) circles :) some of these appear in ornaments. when i did that one, i felt many of the designs reminded me of crop circles. so i added a few more :) i've done a couple of other crop circle fonts. but it kind of seems natural to make crop circles out of circles (dots), doesn't it? i have also tried to show the progression of similar designs by trying to keep/group them together, but there are some strays here and there :)
here's another art deco-inspired dot font. started with the lc then slowly built out the basic set. i was going to use the lc for uc as well, then started playing some more :) so here you have follies. i think the name fits since this is a playful set. and it's 2-in-1 - serif and sans serif all in one! and having a good time...at their own folly ;~
This is a cloneit's a dotty deco. the name is a play on zoot suit. i did the uc and was satisfied that it worked as a display font. i had a bunch of lc dot fonts in the trunk and decided to pair up a few to see how they looked together. all share the same uc. that's the zoot suite.
i've doen this style before, but was surprised that the heart shape works well for an isometric font.
