I tried to do some nostalgia and found some kind of black-and-white pocket game thingy, which made me make a small monospaced font (not exceeding the 5×10 area everything fits in, except for some combining characters for sigla, which turned out to be some kind of awesome and interesting Latin abbreviation method... I just couldn't let it be alone, there, on Wikipedia, so I had to make it pan-Latin-Unicode). Stressed serif fonts, sans-serif fonts and eventually even script fonts will come soon.

Interactive Entertainment, 2014) based on Tolkien's epic masterpiece, The Lord of the Rings. Given the game theme, and the 48 bricks vertical limit, I thought more or less around pixel art, or pixel fonts. This is my endeavour to make a spiky blackletter in Szpajdel's black metal style that evokes the terror of Mordor at pixel level. This font has been extensively tested for best kerning, yet some issues might have remained unresolved.

I tried to recreate this font based on a character set I found on http://agtp.romhack.net/ and various screenshots, yet I never played the game itself. Nonetheless, the font comes with the most common diacritic variants, and I also added countless additional characters and dingbat symbols.

The base font size and recommended setting for Xentype is 16pt and multiples of that. Use metric kerning and no additional smoothing effects for ultimate gothic pixel performance.

Knights of Xentar on PC DOS, known as Dragon Knight III in Japan, was developed by ELF Corporation and released by Megatech Software in 1995. It was originally released on the NEC PC-8801 and various other systems in 1991.
