A font inspired by gothic vaults. Ecthelion is the father of Denethor, from The Return of the King, the third volume of The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien.

This typeface has been created based on the theme 'Vibration'. I tried out a wide range of experimentation when it came to producing hand rendered work, as I felt I needed to work out what would best capture the general sense of the word. I tried using inks on elastic bands, attaching pens to a playstation controller and drawing, photographing food colouring over a speaker; all sorts. Finally, I decided I needed something which really reflected the word clearly. I looked at the white noise and the trails that you get on the television, and applied this feel to a sans serif font I had made based on Georgia (minus the Serifs) One of the most time comsuming things I've ever done, hope its been worth it. Any comments welcome.

Preview at a size slightly higher than the pixel size. Adjust the size to get a pencil shading effect. ----------------------------------- This is cloned from en origami v2. I've added the shading effect to each glyph.suggestions/comments are welcome:)

something i've been working on recently. i'm still looking for a solution to virtually increase my screen resolution, so i would have more grid space. i don't know if the line strength is consistent and i propably won't start with the capital letters until then. anyway i thought i might as well throw this in to see what you guys think about it so far.
