@Frodo7 actually it is a dragon called Abraxas (A) in an unfinished children's book called the Princess and the Peon.

@elmoyenique thank you so much for your compliment. We thought it'd be nice to fit a figure into a letter to make it more original.

It's good to see the art of the illuminated capital well and healthy (and protected/guarded by a dragon). Keep up the good work and good luck with the book.

@p2pnut it's good to see one so experienced with this site commenting on one of my works. Please note that I'm not the one writing the book. I go as far as creating the book's title text and chapter headings. If you are interested in any of my other projects, feel free to comment on them too.
