Very nice work here. Maybe you could shorten the ascender of the d, in order to make it consistent with the b, which is just great. You may want to stick to the original logo, but, you know...

Beautiful design – all those diagonals add up to create a very nice effect on text. (Maybe you could try a different, more diagonal solution for the x?)
