This is based on the Snellen Eye Chart. The l/c is reversed as opticians sometimes use a mirror to reflect the chart (which is placed behind the patient).

Bright idea. Letters of high quality. I would add the signs (similar to E rotated at 90, 180, 270 degrees), for the illiterate to complete the eyesight test chart. I´m going to release a very similar set, based on a different concept. 10/10
