Description:
Soviet Style typeface for use with designs needing bold or propagandistic type. No lower case letters, only additional Cyrillic characters, and some variations on upper case letters. Also have a star for the Asterisk and a Hammer and Sickle for the @ symbol. justinnichol.wordpress.com

I can't help wondering why not the corresponding Unicode positions for the additional Cyrillic symbols.
