As part of my graphic design degree we were challenged to create a typeface based around a chosen theme, I chose order. The typeface is designed around how scientists draw molecules. Each line uses the same angle as a diagram of a molecule it also follows an equation for the movement of the strokes, multiples of x in this case x =3. The case around the letters came from a periodic table and when the letters are joined the molecule appears again.
