I wish there was a way to submit fontstructions with the option of turning off the rating system so that no one could rate it--bad...or good.

I just added my !!s before reading the posts. I'm incensed some dork gave you a two for this. I think it's absolutely brilliant. Yes, thalamic, I tend to agree. Or maybe a revised voting system whereby it's not a secret ballot! I guess that would start off a whole lot of flaming, however, which gets to be tedious.

I haven't interacted in an online community (of sorts) since the early 90s. Those were the last flame wars I remember. If this anonymous system prevents that then I gladly accept poor ratings. But the option to have your work unrated...ahhh.

Who cares if one idiot doesn't like your font? The rest of us know it's beautiful. (Almost every time one of my FontStructions gets a really high score, some asshole gives it a 1, so I think I know exactly how you're feeling. And I've returned your favor by helping to raise your average score.) By the way, are your uppercase "D" and "J" the same, or do I need new glasses? Keep up the great work!

Same with my fontstructions...4 votes: 9 points...5 votes: 8,9 points...and suddenly...7 votes: 4 points... It really doesn´t matters to me. The important thing is that people who comment your work( sometimes with good advices to enhance the typeface ), and of course the little red dot from the fontshop staff, that tell you that are in the right way....
