Is it incomplete for a reason?

Yup :) This project is ongoing. The letters represented by diamonds (B,S,V,Y) will get replaced as soon as I get the chance to document them at the correct stations. The ones represented by crosses (F,Q,W,X,Z) do not feature in the display system across all messages. So (I think) those will remain missing.

Interesting project. I used to take photos of old street name signs for beautiful letters.
For B,S,V,Y you can take the same line, and go to Kailash Colony, Sarita Vihar, Badarpur. For F,Q,W,X take Line-2 to Huda City Center, and go to Patel Chowk, Hauz Khas Enclave, Qutab Minar, and IFFOC Chowk. For the X you should travel a bit further: Line-4 to Anand Vihar ISBT, and go to Laxmi Nagar. Numbers can also be collected on Line-3, both Noida Sectors and Dwarka Sectors are numbered. Number 7 still to be found, however. Good luck.

The letter designs are different in different coaches. This design is used only in the Violet Line, so I can only document B,S,V and Y!
The other lines have sans serif designs, and there are two variations within that as well :)
