"A" and "V" are the great problems, their "street", their inner cutting space: I want it a little bit less wide, but I can't make it... Any suggestion would be welcomed and appreciated. Also, you can find some alternatives to the "A" and "V" in these glyphs: "(", ")", "[" or "]". The accents will come soon, I promise.
This is amazing! Awesome stencil. 10/10
Happy new year to you too!
Happy New Year to you Elmo (and a 10/10 for the font)
Happy post-apocalypse from me too! Glad to see many great new fonts, like this one. I think the A/V are good.
“Facet-y is the new Fabulous.” Excellent proportions and consistent character. 10/10 H.N.Y. Elmo!
@winty5, architaraz, p2pnut, Yautja & fugitiveglue: Thanks a lot for your comments, pals. Best wishes to all you for the New Year, right from my heart!
There are so many great solutions in one font, that it appears a bit eclectic. The gorgeous demo poster shows all the best characters, mostly capitals and numbers. The M,W are fantastic; the A - usually difficult to make it proportional, you've just nailed it; the V,Y likewise; the 3,E - both are great. However, the F having a thick horizontal stroke, appears to be inconsistent with them. There are other problems to solve, such as maintaining uniform gaps across the whole set. The £, ¥ symbols are very pretty. The lower case is a mixed bag, with some excellent glyphs (o,u,v,x,z), and some less successful ones (g,m,s). Again, you put several ideas in one set, and it harmed the overall look and consistency. Some times, less is more. You've got enough ammo in this project for another two fonts, if you use them sparingly.
Feliz navidad, y prosper ano felicidad!
@jphturtle: ¡Feliz Navidad! To you and all yours dearest people in all these nights of charm and love all over the World!
Deeear Master Frodo7: As usual, you are on the right way, I'll come to change some of the "nominated" glyphs soon one by one.
P.S.: ¡Amigo mío, te deseo una muy feliz Navidad y próspero año 2013! Barátom, kívánok nagyon boldog karácsonyt és sikeres 2013! (It's OK?)
Why are you so awesome?
@ilnf: Yeah, elmo is so awesome it's scary!
@ilnfl, @winty5: Thanks a lot!
