Some recommendations:
You need to flip vertically И,Й,и,й.
Small ф could be improved.
Small д would look better if you drew it like latin g.
Big Д needs improving, it's not very recognizable, can be confused with A.
Letter width of Ц,ц is a bit wide.
Other than that, this one's a very clean font. Keep it up!
