Suggestions for future FontOuts, as always, are greatly appreciated.

Good luck, and thanks for participating!

Lol, was there any FontOuts held officially?

You've done right j4s13, I think we need activities to light up FS again...

Plus, to prove that the sample was made using FontStruction, participants must tell what font they use, and give a link to their FontStructions. What do you think?
Comment by cablecomputer 21st september 2014
hm. sure!

I'm still working on my entry
Comment by Noah F. Ross (winty5) 29th september 2014
Ok, but I don't get the requirement... Should we make a glyph that looks like an architecture, a building?
Comment by kassymkulov 29th september 2014
I have 2 architectural ideas, but they are not part of a font :( and I don't have the time to build a font where these 2 glyphs might logically belong.
Comment by Aeolien 29th september 2014
Is this what you mean? I used letters from my font "Free Masonry" to build with.

Comment by Aeolien 29th september 2014
A year ago I made a few glyphs about "buildings". I remembered it when I read your prompt. This is the letter A. I don't have a full font to match yet, and no time to continue work on this font.
Comment by Aeolien 29th september 2014
I'm interested, but I don't think we need to show the fontstructions used, we haven't needed that before either.
Comment by V. Sarela (Yautja) 29th september 2014
Anyway, here's my entry, inspired by brutalist architecture

A classic cornice and frieze, using types I've design over the course of the time I've been designing on fontstruct.
Comment by Cohnisgone 30th september 2014
This is a little bit better:

Can we vote for every entry? I like them all !
Comment by Aeolien 16th october 2014
1st 2nd and 3rd
Comment by Evie Atarax (j4s13) 17th october 2014
OK, a vote for (in alphabetical order): elmo's 'building things' with the little people as it looks like buildings along a street, CT's "J" which looks like an aeroport building to me, Yautja's "8" as it looks very much like a modern office building I saw in Amsterdam. I'd have liked to add Winty's "ABC" floor plan type designs made with his 5Darklord font and Cohn's frieze as it has the look of a ROman façade decoration (and it says 'Travianus' in his explication ;) )

Comment by Aeolien 25th october 2014
I hate crippling apathy.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but here's the winners:
In first place is Elmoyenique (second one) with 8 points!
In second is Cirque Traumaccord with 7 points!
In third is Yautja with 6 points!
Last (and either least or not least according to two subjective points of view) is Aeolien's first one with 3 points!
Comment by Evie Atarax (j4s13) 15th february 2015
Thanks j4, at last we see results in writing. Although I think all samples are winners!
And: thanks for your votes :) I appreciate them.
Comment by Aeolien 16th february 2015
Congratulations to Yaitja, elmo and CTA *waves*
Comment by Aeolien 16th february 2015
I counted that I got 6 points (with 3, 2, and 1 points for 1st, 2nd and 3rd).
Anyway, congrats to everyone!
