Mmm, the s and z take the most advantage of this variation. I like the parallel "cut" into their counters. btw is that your heavy metal band's flyer? looong name. Not much of a headbanger myself, but I would go :)

Thanks gents. Always appreciate the advice. @cayo. The taller version makes the 's' solution work much better. I am indeed a fan of Metal but I'm not in a band. The sample is just a sample of words. Not a flyer. Maybe 'Hunstrüct will be my fictional band name ;-) Look for our new record: "Vampires Are The New Black". @djnippa. I like it. A lot. I'll play around with your solutions and see what works best.

This is even nicer. I don't know why I just thought of it since this has nothing to do with Metal, but it would be, as Feynman might have said, "inter·es·ting" to have cookies baked in the shape of these letters. Then you could really eat them up.
