Many thanks... I wasn't sure about making this one public, but your comments have spurred me on to do the lowercase. There's still a few glyphs that are a bit clunky, but it's quite a tight grid, so not all too surprising really.

Very cool stuff... Beautiful ampersand! One of my first fontstructions was called "Hard Light" too, and is based on a similar concept (but shadow, not extrusion). But you definitely did a much better job... Nice use of the 2x2 filter by the way. The only thing I'm not entirely sure about is the g... How about one of these alternatives?

You're absolutely right about the g - not quite sure why the ear was on the wrong side... And I had a feeling that someone may have used the same title before... I guess the late-night structing got the better of me.

This font reminds me much of my font, bleach. http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/bleach_8 It has a similar effect, but it's much more relaxed
