Good work!Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from chr.shttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#8556http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#8556Hi, I hadn't honestly expected much feedback, if any - thanks guys. I have to admit, this was more an exercise in persistence and a consequence of temporary insomnia, than anything else. I'd tried to do a type sample, but despite being a fun font to have completed, the sheer un-useability of the typeface meant that nothing was really happening. Although if anyone fancies a go - please do.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from geneus1http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#8575http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#8575Great effect and usage of horizontal scale. I'd like to see what it would look like with all columns equal to the tallest height.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from gferreira_adminhttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#9143http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#9143Congratulations! I'm pretty new to FS and took a giant leap forward when djnippa pointed me towards brick stacking ... but I have wracked my brains trying to work out how you get those amazing curves. I can't even start to imagine how you get two bricks to appear together! If it's not a secret, I'd love to learn you achive that - it opens up so many possibilities :)Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from p2pnuthttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#9829http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#9829I went straight back and this time I had amore exhaustive look. So, it's all in the filters is it? As a newbie I am discovering that there are so many great aspects to FS ... it really is the gift that keeps giving :-)Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from chr.shttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#9830http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#9830It's no secret at all... you're spot on about the filters - in fact I don't think this particular font uses stacking anywhere. I honestly can't remember the inspiriation behind this one... I think I originally had an idea to use a bent tubing effect to make up the letter-forms, but it ended up turning out like this. Not quite what I was originally aiming at, but then that's often the way with this program... the limitations often direct you into unexpected territory. Thanks also for your kind words.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from igorrossihttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#12769http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/176911#12769Very original 3D effect, and there are plenty on FS !Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000
