Though you should have tried to use a bigger grid, but maintaining the minimalism Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from cayohttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/163238#7379http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/163238#7379yes, i definitely need a bigger grid if i want to add other glyphs. i think i might double the grid, but maintain the proportions and just take advantage on the accents. thx for the comment and the suggestion, i´ll put it to practice as soon as possible. [edit] grid tripled. next step: the rest of the glyphs :P Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from emepar7http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/163238#7457http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/163238#7457Looks great! Can't wait till the lc is ready to go :)Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from cayohttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/163238#7483http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/163238#7483Thanx, but what do you mean by lc? I kind of lost you there... :P Yesterday I made a stencil with this font and I sprayed it on an old t-shirt that has come back to life. It says <b>I can still flip</b>, in Spanish (yes, I ride a skateboard, but since I´m 35, doing flips is quite a big deal). Hope you guys like it!<br /><img src="/showings/show/1143" alt="" />Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from emepar7http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/163238#7661http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/163238#7661lc = lowercase :) The shirt looks amazing...how'd you make the stencil?Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from cayohttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/163238#7664http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/163238#7664^_^ All I did was print it out on an A4 sheet of paper, taped it to a table and put a plastic sheet about 1mm thick also taped to the table on top of the A4 print. Then I cut it out using a X-Acto knife (lucky for me there were no floating "white" areas in the font). I put some cardboard inside the t-shirt so the spray paint wouldn't paint the back and I was also really careful not to paint outside the plastic sheet by taping some old newspapers to the sides. The areas were the sheet separated a little bit from the t-shirt got a little blurry, but it added the natural spray paint feel to it. Now all of my old school skater friends want one! :DThu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000
