Funny how the centre squares look brighter in the sample.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from geneus1http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5039http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5039My favorite of the Playtime set. I like way it seems to have a crosshair targeting the center of each glyph.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from Stewfhttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5040http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5040The 'x' and 'v' solutions are brilliant. I think that the 'w' and 'm' should just go ahead and take twice the width of the grid.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from Em42http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5050http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5050Blocky playful squared letters: an oxymoron as a font... Wonderful!Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from afrojethttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5052http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5052Thanks all for the feedback. @geneus1: Funny that. When it came down to naming the font, it was between crosshair and playtime. In the end I felt crosshair was to literal and didn't fit the mood I was in at the time of 'structin. @intaglio: it's killing me that I can't immediately place your avatar image. Though I was thinking using the existing side as the middle leg and then just mirroring the body again.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from thalamichttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5062http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5062*swoon* I'm in love.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from intagliohttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5072http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5072@afrojet: Think Picasso of the piano. It was filled with a million little gadgets and knobs. But there on the drivers seat was a Thelonious Monk CD case. I felt better knowing that the streets were being availed of their burden by a man quietly listening to 'Straight No Chaser' as he pushed his machine down the road.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from intagliohttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5078http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5078Cigar. I think "Evidence" is the single greatest jazz riff of all time. Not that I'm obsessed about Monk or anything.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from meekhttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5081http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#5081Wonderful. But I'm not sure why you would be getting question marks (?). Anyone else have this problem or know what might be giving zenonithus this result? It works for me in CS3.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from zenonithushttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#6948http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#6948ahh, actually it does work, I just had capslock on....DOH! :)Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000Comment from afrojethttp://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#6949http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/132088#6949Excellent. Glad you have it sorted out. I opened CS and found that a missing glyph renders nothing. I don't have CS2, but I presume that a missing glyph delivers a question mark instead of the Fontstruct symbol (as is the case in CS3). This is all coming from a Mac perspective. I don't know if it's different on Windows.Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000
