yeah i really liked that idea as well. i just reedited the typeface a little. now there's a little space between the dots like it was originally supposed to be.

I like it a lot: simple concept, original and beautiful letterforms, smart visual corrections that skip the trap of a boring antialiasing effect. It would be nice to see it fully developed with UC and numerals.

Nice. Its interesting to see the commonality of our typographic inspirations. I've also built the entire lowercase after viewing a DVD of the Ali G show and witnessing Sacha Baron Cohen's comedic genius. I couldn't find the source either, but it looks like jimhv got it right.
