Nearly any browser with Flash installed should be able to browse the FontStruct site and view and download FontStructions.

There are few more technologies required to run the FontStructor (FontStruct editor). Visit this page to test whether your browser is compatible with the FontStructor and that you have the necessary plugins installed and enabled.
