Windows XP: South Asian and other non-latin glyphs are not displayed in the FontStructor
If you are using Windows XP and you see squares or question marks in the character selector bar instead of glyphs for scripts like Devanagari, you can try this:
Go to Control Panel->Regional Settings->Languages->Install support for complex scripts including Thai. Click Apply/Ok. You will be asked to enter the Windows XP CD. The system will have to be rebooted.
This should make most of the missing glyphs visible.
